DJ Dave's Deep Tracks

Fortune & Maltese - “Leave No Stone Unturned”

Dave says, “Look, it’s ice cream!”

Fugazi - “Waiting Room”

Dave demands “Wroom!  Wroom!” One day I’ll tell him about how his father and I first bonded over our shared love of Fugazi.

High Noon - “Branded Outlaw”

One of Dave’s favorite rockabillly bands.  He plays along on his ukelele!

Ella Fitzgerald - “Summertime” Live in Berlin

Dave’s favorite bedtime song, sung by the master herself.

Damian Marley - “Move!”

Not sure Dave knows this is English, but he loves yelling “AS USUAL!” after the lines.

The Chemical Brothers - “Galvanize”

Dave made me sit in the garage after we parked, so he could finish this song. And we were listening to the 6 minute album version!  “My finger is on the button!”

Bob McFadden & Dor - “The Mummy”

Happy Halloween from DJ Dave!  He laughs hysterically at this song. Gotta admit, the end makes me laugh too.  “Like, help.”

Passion Pit - “I’ll Be Alright”

Dave’s new favorite song.  Think it’s the famous Passion Pit chipmunk voices.  “Do it again!” he says.  Video not allowed though — way too creepy!

The Monks - “Oh, How to Do Now”

Dave think these guys rage.  “He’s play the drums!  He’s play the guitar!”

Liz Phair - “Girls’ Room”

Dave knows all the lyrics — yes, even the part about Tricia’s bikini line.
